How to order

Orders can be placed online or instore with our very helpful deli staff. If ordering in store our friendly staff will guide you through the very simple process, if you are an existing online customer all you need to do is log in and we can setup the order for you. If you are a new online customer all you need to do is provide your email address and create a password when you come in to place the order and we will have you on your way! Christmas orders will be accepted up until the 22nd of December for christmas eve. We have hourly time slots for collection from the 21st to 24th of December so you can select the time most convenient to you. When your order is placed a $30 deposit may be taken from your credit card to secure your order with the rest processed prior to collection. By ordering you agree that you will be charged the balance automatically on the morning of collection to your card details provided. We do not store this information it is stored securely on the banks server.

Regular Orders

Unfortunately due to the amount extra work we have over christmas we will not be able to take shopping orders between the 21st and 27th of December.

Collection Process

As your credit card is stored on our secure system you will not require it when you collect your order. When collecting your order you must bring with you either printed confirmation email or show us on your phone.

Simply See our friendly staff in the deli and they get your order ready for you. Please note full payment will be processed prior to release of the order.

Win your christmas on us!

This year one lucky customer will win their order on us! Simply place an order for Christmas Shopping or Hams & Platters for pick up for 23rd or 24th of December to go into the draw. The winner will contacted on the 23rd of December. Winner will be announced on Social Media and a Photo will be taken of you with your shopping. If you do not wish to participate please let us know when placing your order.
